Shyni Bhaskaran is a highly skilled and compassionate Malayali Registered Psychotherapist, currently accepting new clients. With an M. Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, India (NIMHANS), Shyni brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. She specializes in helping individuals navigate a range of psychological issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, mood swings, obsessive-compulsive disorder, self-esteem issues, behavioral challenges, anger management, ADHD, and learning or developmental difficulties.

Shyni adopts an integrative therapy approach, blending cognitive-behavioral, trauma-informed, client-centered, and attachment-focused techniques to meet her clients’ unique needs. Her extensive training includes cognitive behavior therapy, applied behavior analysis, mindfulness, strength-based therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. Fluent in English and Malayalam, Shyni is particularly adept at serving Malayali clients, offering them a comfortable and understanding environment to explore and address their mental health concerns.
