Business Directory Development & Community Outreach Executive

We are looking for an excellent communicator to:

Search & Verify information about newly formed Malayali businesses in our targeted markets.
List them on our website.

There is absolutely no selling involved whatsoever.

We position ourselves as a Global Malayali Directory with a business and community news section. We neither list, publish nor promote any entertainment, cinema, music, gambling, alcohol, betting related business, event or news.

This is a fully remote position based in Kerala and offers the flexibility of working from home.
Please note that you will be our employee based in India. This does not involve any visa sponsorship.

Your Typical Day

Your typical day will involve the following:

Searching & Sourcing Malayali owned businesses in our target markets
Making calls to verify Malayali businesses
Publish them on Kerala.Global

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has basic understanding of operating a computer and is comfortable with communicating and outreaching 95% over phone but online, email or through our official social media platforms as well. You will be contacting Malayali’s and communicating in Malayalam. The ideal candidate will have experience or skills in one of the following:

Door To Door Marketing
Customer Support
B2C Or B2B Sales
Telemarketing
BPO Phone Support
Sales Experience
Journalism
Communication & Media

A reliable internet connection and access to a dedicated computer are required. You must be able to work 45 flexible hours per week aligned with North American (EST & PST) time zones. You also cannot work for another company or organization and will be required to fully commit to this position. We are also not hiring individuals who are staff or team members of other organizations such as digital marketing or outsourcing companies due to conflict of interest.

What We Offer

We offer complete support and training along with the most modern tools and software to get your job done. We also have a suite of custom made AI tools that you can use to generate the listing description and supporting images. If you are a go-getter and can search, collect and verify information over phone, that is what matters and we can help you with the rest of your tasks.

This is a salaried position with a total pay of ₹30,000 INR per month paid on the last calendar day of each month
